M. Beth Kruglers credentials are unique in that she is one of just a handful of professionals in Texas with inter-disciplinary training and experience in both law and psychology.
Beth was born in 1956 in Hobbs, New Mexico. The daughter of a minister, the family lived in several states before coming to Giddings, Texas, a small town near Austin, where she grew up and attended high school. Beth then enrolled in Texas A&M where she earned a Bachelors of Arts in 1977. She continued at A&M, putting herself through graduate school, earning a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology in May of 1979.
For the next few years, Beth worked in the Midwest as a therapist with individuals, couples and families experiencing crisis and change. In 1982, she returned to Texas to enroll in Baylor Law School. She supported herself through law school by working full-time evaluating children and their families at Methodist Home.
After graduating from Baylor in February of 1985, she became an associate with one of the largest law firms in Fort Worth. For five years, she worked in medical malpractice, personal injury and commercial litigation. She then went in-house with a large Fort Worth corporation in the companys labor arbitration section.
In January of 1992, Beth opened her mediation, training and consulting firm. Since beginning her practice, Beth has mediated or arbitrated over 2,400 cases in areas as diverse as employment, personal injury, bank fraud, construction, medical and legal malpractice, breach of contract, and bad faith. Regarding the training she does, Beth works with firms, businesses and associations teaching usable conflict resolution skills.
An
AV-rated lawyer, Beth has served as
President of the 2500 member Tarrant County Bar
Association (2003-2004). She's also served this organization as a
member of the Board of Directors (1999-2001), as
First Vice-President (2001-2002) and as
President-Elect (2002-2003). Additionally, Beth
has chaired such programs as the Ninth Annual
Bench-Bar Conference, and was instrumental in the
design and implementation of the widely
acclaimed Jury Innovation Symposiums
(1998-2002).
In addition to her license to practice law, Beth maintains her credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. In the past, Beths served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Texas Wesleyan Law School, teaching Conflict Resolution.
Beth is a frequent guest speaker and has
appeared on national television. She's
written various professional articles on topics
ranging from novel approaches to conflict
resolution to jury trial innovations, which have
been published in the TEXAS BAR JOURNAL.

Angie brings over 17 years of experience working with the Courts, attorneys and their legal assistants. A Washington state transplant with several years legal experience in the Seattle and Vancouver area, Angies first position in the Tarrant County legal community was working with the Honorable Sue Walker prior to her taking the bench in January 2001.
Angie very much appreciates the time demands placed on everyone in your office. In keeping with this, she will do all she can to expedite the administrative aspects involved in setting your case for mediation or arranging for your program or training.
