Mediation, Consulting and Training Fee Schedule
Mediation
Mediation services are
provided on a full day, half day or hourly basis.
 Half Day
|
$475/party for two-party controversy
$450/party for three-party controversy*
Unless otherwise agreed on, sessions are from:
• 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
• 1:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Additional hourly charges apply for time spent beyond that scheduled.
* Half day sessions are discouraged when there are more than three parties. |
Full Day
|

$875 two-party, full day mediation
$800 three-party, full day mediation
$725 four or more party, full day mediation
Unless otherwise agreed, sessions are from:
• 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Time exceeding 5:00 p.m. will be assessed additional hourly charges that apply for time spent beyond that scheduled.

Hourly Fee Arrangements
|
In the event your client prefers to work on an hourly basis, the fee is $175/per party, with a minimum two hour ($350) retainer. Hourly mediations are scheduled to begin at either 9:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise agreed.

Multiple Day Mediations
|
If the parties anticipate that a multiple day mediation may be necessary, please contact our offices for special fee arrangements.

Mediations Outside Our Office
|
| If
rather than meeting in our offices
you would prefer to have your
mediation elsewhere in the Dallas-Fort
Worth metroplex area, a flat $175 per
party fee is charged in addition to
our full day rate. For a half-day mediation held outside our offices, there is a $250 per party fee charged in addition to our half day rate.
In the event the agreed upon
mediation site is in excess of 50 miles from our offices, a
fee of $250 per party is charged, along with a pro rata sharing of reasonable travel expenses.

Securing Dates/Cancellation
Policy

| To secure your date, all fees are due seven days in advance. There is no charge for rescheduling so long as arrangements have been made at least five (5) full business days in advance of your scheduled start time. Should rescheduling become necessary within that time frame, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee. Should rescheduling become necessary within 48 hours of mediation (or within two business days, whichever is greater) the full mediation fee will be charged to the cancelling party or parties. (Of course, should we be able to schedule another case during the time reserved for your case, all cancellation fees are automatically waived). |
Special Circumstances or Pro Bono Cases

In the event that the case under consideration has been taken by one or both lawyers
on a pro bono or reduced fee arrangement and you believe the above fees would be prohibitive to your working with us, please let our office know.
We will consider a fee adjustment on a case by case basis.

Consulting Services
Half Day
|
$1200 (a.m. or p.m.)
Unless otherwise agreed, time runs from:
• 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
• 1:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Time spent beyond that scheduled will be assessed at an hourly rate of $300/hour plus reasonable and necessary travel time.

$2000 (unless otherwise agreed,
9:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.)
