Mediation Fee Schedule

Three (3) Hour

(minor motor vehicle, premises liability, single issue commercial disputes and the like)

$475/party for two-party controversy
$450/party for three-party controversy

Four (4) Hour

$575/party for two-party controversy
$550/party for three-party controversy

Full Day

$975 per party, two-party controversy
$900 per party, three-party controversy
$825 per party, four (or more) party controversy

Unless otherwise agreed, full days begin at 9:30 a.m. and conclude by 5:00 p.m.

Out of Office Mediation Fee Schedule
(Dallas County & locations within a 75 mile radius*)

Half Day

$725 per party, two-party controversy
$700 per party, three-party controversy

Full Day

$1200 per party, two-party controversy
$1125 per party, three-party controversy
$1050 per party, four (or more) party controversy

Unless otherwise agreed, full days begin at 9:30 a.m. and conclude by 5:00 p.m.

Special Circumstances or Pro Bono Cases

In the event that the case under consideration has been taken by one or both lawyers on a pro bono or reduced fee arrangement and you believe the above fees would be prohibitive to your working with us, please let our office know. We will consider a fee adjustment on a case by case basis.

Multiple Day

When you will be requiring Beth's services for two or more consecutive days, please contact our offices for fee arrangements.
